The waybill should be properly marked and addressed.
Shipment should not contain the following:
All information given on the waybill is true and correct.
Shipper agrees that in the absence of the receiver/consignee, shipment may be given to any person in the delivery address who is of legal age.
BLUEBEE Express shall do its best to deliver the shipment at, about, or before the time specified.
BLUEBEE Express is not liable for delay in shipment due to absence of the receiver/ consignee at the address specified.
BLUEBEE Express shall not be liable for losses and damages caused by the following:
BLUEBEE Express’ maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to P300 per ship- ment lest shipper/consignor pay for additional shipment insurance and declare a higher value.
BLUEBEE Express’ maximum declared value per shipment is P3000.
Shipper warrants that the shipment is packaged sufficiently to prevent damage that would arise in the normal handling of shipment. Any glass, fragile items or electronic equipment must be identified as such and be professionally packaged or crated for shipment or any claim against such shipment will be denied. Shipper warrants that the shipment is properly described on the waybill as to its proper contents and/or value.
BLUEBEE Expressreserves the right to open and inspect any shipment that may con- tain prohibited items mentioned above.
